New Textile Patterns Coming

Hunter Douglas, the leader in window treatment innovations, is constantly looking to improve its offerings and provide customers with products that will delight and inspire. For example, they’ve created PowerView® Motorization for convenience and security, LightLock™ technology for complete darkness with Duette® Honeycomb shades, and the Duolite® option, which essentially creates two shades in one. And now they’re improving the aesthetic feel of their products, by teaming up with Rebecca Atwood to offer exciting new textiles that customers are bound to love. Read on to learn more about the partnership!

The Design Studio™ From Hunter Douglas

Hunter Douglas is collaborating with renowned textile designer Rebecca Atwood in its inaugural featured-artist series in The Design Studio to let customers complete a signature look at the window. The collection includes eight of Rebecca’s designs; customers can choose from room-darkening or light-filtering options in many products, including draperies, roller shades, and Roman shades. Atwood created the collection intending to “revisit traditional patterns, as well as soft textural patterns that are easy to layer into any space.” The fabrics in the collection will coordinate with many different Hunter Douglas window treatments, so adding something new to your room will be seamless.

About Rebecca Atwood

Rebecca Atwood grew up on Cape Cod, which gave her a love for color and patterns. She is known for her bestselling book, Living with Pattern: Color, Texture, and Print at Home, which offers clear ideas for how to use pattern to decorate the home. She notes, “Creating patterns, textures, and color for the home is all about creating an environment that makes us feel good.” The Hunter Douglas/Rebecca Atwood textile launch is coming soon, so be sure to check in on the availability of the new fabrics.
